Our return policy allows you to return unused, unwashed, and undamaged cat beds within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Custom-made or personalized cat beds are non-returnable unless they are defective. To initiate a return, please follow the instructions on our website. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item, and will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
