We want you and your feline friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward, outlining the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging cat beds purchased from our website. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Eligible returns must meet the following criteria: items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Cat beds that show signs of wear, tear, or use (including pet hair, stains, or damage from scratching) will not be accepted for return or exchange. Additionally, custom-made or personalized cat beds are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors.
The return and exchange window is 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, you must follow the designated process on our website within this 30-day period. Late requests, received after the 30-day window has expired, will not be honored, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. We recommend initiating your return or exchange as soon as possible if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
For standard returns (not due to defect or error), the cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns, and we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number for your records, as we cannot process returns without confirmation of delivery to our warehouse.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. Refund processing times vary by payment provider but generally take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Exchanges are available for size, color, or style changes, subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns (unused, undamaged, in original packaging). To request an exchange, select the exchange option during the return initiation process and specify your desired replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability; if your desired item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or process a full refund instead.
If your cat bed arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete (e.g., missing parts, incorrect item shipped), please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We may request clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item to assist with processing your claim. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs (by providing a prepaid return label) and either send a replacement item free of charge or process a full refund, including original shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. This includes items that are damaged, used, missing tags or packaging, or returned after the 30-day window. We also reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (up to 15% of the item price) for returns that are not due to defect or error but are approved at our discretion.
