For domestic shipping, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Expedited shipping options are available for those who need their order sooner, with delivery times ranging from 1-3 business days. For international shipping, delivery times vary by country and region, usually taking 7-21 business days. Please keep in mind that international shipments may be subject to customs delays, which are beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight and size of your order, and the shipping method selected. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We may request photos of the damage or defective item to assist with processing your claim, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
